California High School Basketball - Gabrielino nips South El Monte

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Gabrielino Eagles basketball team scored a close 33-26 triumph over the South El Monte Eagles.

The Eagles (8-9) will now prepare for their contest against Arroyo (El Monte, CA). The Knights go into the Mission Valley contest with a 4-14 record. In their last contest, Arroyo was tipped by South El Monte (South El Monte, CA), 44-21, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the El Monte Lions (El Monte, CA) in a Mission Valley contest, on Wednesday, January 22. South El Monte will attempt to better on its 7-11 season record.
