In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Gainesville Cardinals basketball team scored a big 64-23 win over the Osbourn Eagles.
The Cardinals (8-8) will now prepare for their contest against North Stafford (Stafford, VA). The Wolverines come into the non-league contest with a 1-9 record. In their last contest, North Stafford was trounced by Brooke Point (Stafford, VA), 48-30, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Annandale Atoms (Annandale, VA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 23. Osbourn will attempt to better on its 0-11 season record. The Atoms come into the contest with a 4-9 record after their 63-24 league loss to Mount Vernon (Alexandria, VA).
