Texas High School Basketball - Godley routs Life Waxahachie

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Godley Wildcats basketball team scored a big 78-34 win over the Life Waxahachie Mustangs.
The Wildcats (24-5) will now prepare for their contest against Venus (Venus, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 4A Region II District 12 contest with a 13-17 record. In their last contest, Venus was trounced by Hillsboro (Hillsboro, TX), 40-36, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Alvarado Indians (Alvarado, TX) in a 4A Region II District 12 contest, on Friday, January 24. Life Waxahachie will attempt to better on its 4-20 season record. The Indians come into the contest with a 11-17 record after their 55-19 league loss to Godley (Godley, TX).
