In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Holy Savior Menard Eagles basketball team scored a big 64-35 triumph over the St. Joseph's - Plaucheville Eagles.
The Eagles (8-8) will now prepare for their contest against Oakdale (Oakdale, LA). The Warriors go into the 2A District 5 contest with a 17-5 record. In their last contest, Oakdale smashed New Iberia (New Iberia, LA), 49-30, in a non-league contest.
