In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Scotland County Tigers basketball team scored a good 65-53 triumph over the La Plata Bulldogs.

The Tigers (8-8) will now prepare for their contest against Schuyler County (Lancaster, MO). The Rams go into the Lewis & Clark contest with a 1-12 record. In their last contest, Schuyler County was topped by South Shelby (Shelbina, MO), 83-18, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Knox County Eagles (Edina, MO) in a non-league contest, on Monday, January 27. La Plata will attempt to better on its 8-4 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 3-10 record after their 53-46 non-league loss to Marion County (Philadelphia, MO).
