The Springtown Porcupines basketball team scored 73 points and limited the visiting Lake Worth Bullfrogs to 16 in the Porcupines league triumph on Tuesday.

The Porcupines now have a 7-15 record. They play next when they travel to Bridgeport for a 4A Region I District 7 game on Friday, January 24. Springtown will confront a Bulls team coming off a 80-37 league win over Eagle Mountain (Fort Worth, TX). The Bulls record now stands at 25-6.

With the loss, Lake Worth falls to 16-13 on the campaign. The Bullfrogs host Burkburnett (Burkburnett, TX) to confront the Bulldogs in a 4A Region I District 7 game on Friday, January 24. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 25-4. Burkburnett won 71-61 in their recent league game against Krum (Krum, TX)
