The Locust Grove Pirates basketball team scored 86 points and limited the visiting Skiatook Bulldogs to 30 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Pirates now have a 11-1 record. They play next when they host Catoosa for a Verdigris Valley game on Tuesday, January 28. Locust Grove will confront a Indians team coming off a 47-21 non-league loss to Non Varsity Tournament Opponent (, ). The Indians record now stands at 4-13.
With the loss, Skiatook falls to 8-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Mannford (Mannford, OK) to confront the Pirates in a non-league game on Thursday, January 23. The Pirates go into the game with a record of 7-6. Mannford won 49-28 in their recent league game against Cushing (Cushing, OK)
