California High School Basketball - Wasco fells McFarland

January 21, 2025: McFarland, CA 93250

The Wasco Tigers basketball team scored 46 points and limited the host McFarland Cougars to 37 in the Tigers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Tigers now possess a 9-11 record. They play next when they host Kennedy for a South Sequoia game on Tuesday, January 28. Wasco will confront a Thunderbirds team coming off a 55-25 league loss to Taft (Taft, CA). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 1-13.

With the loss, McFarland falls to 8-14 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Chavez (Delano, CA) to confront the Titans in a South Sequoia game on Thursday, January 23. The Titans go into the game with a record of 6-10. Chavez lost 66-18 in their recent league game against Shafter (Shafter, CA)
