The West Lyon Wildcats basketball team scored 49 points and limited the host MOC-Floyd Valley Dutchmen to 48 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now possess a 10-4 record. They play next when they host Central Lyon for a Siouxland game on Friday, January 24. West Lyon will confront a Lions team coming off a 72-47 league win over MOC-Floyd Valley (Orange City, IA). The Lions record now stands at 10-3.

With the loss, MOC-Floyd Valley falls to 6-8 on the campaign. The Dutchmen travel to Sioux Center (Sioux Center, IA) to confront the Warriors in a Siouxland game on Friday, January 24. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 12-2. Sioux Center won 68-20 in their recent league game against Sheldon (Sheldon, IA)
