Next, the Pirates clash with the Runge Yellowjackets (Runge, TX) in a 1A Region IV District 30 test, on Friday, January 24. Nordheim will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the test with a 1-12 record after their 80-12 league loss to Moulton (Moulton, TX).

The Wildcats (0-14) will now prepare for their test against Austwell-Tivoli (Tivoli, TX). The Redfish come into the 1A Region IV District 30 test with a 14-5 record. In their last test, Austwell-Tivoli bounced Prairie Lea (Prairie Lea, TX), 80-30, in a league test.
