Next, the Pioneers face the Bolsa Grande Matadors (Garden Grove, CA) in a non-league outing, on Friday, January 24. Western will attempt to upgrade on its 2-13 season record. The Matadors enter the outing with a 10-9 record after their 41-29 league loss to Rancho Alamitos (Garden Grove, CA).
The Roadrunners (5-15) will now prepare for their outing against Ocean View (Huntington Beach, CA). The Seahawks enter the non-league outing with a 9-15 record. In their last outing, Ocean View was nipped by Westminster (Westminster, CA), 44-43, in a league outing.
