South Wasco County Redsides (Maupin, OR) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Sherman Huskies (Moro, OR), 62-34 in a league match.
With the victory, South Wasco County upgrades its record to 11-6 on the year. The Redsides travel to North Lake (Silver Lake, OR) to face the Cowboys in a non-league match on Friday, January 24. The Cowboys enter the match with a record of 12-0. North Lake won 48-21 in their recent league match against Rogue Valley Adventist (Medford, OR)
The Huskies now sport a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Trout Lake for a non-league challenge on Friday, January 24. Sherman will encounter a Mustangs team coming off a 59-22 league win over Condon (Condon, OR). The Mustangs record now stands at 10-2.
