In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Manti Templars basketball team scored a close 40-37 triumph over the Canyon View Falcons.
The Templars (12-3) will now prepare for their contest against Emery (Castle Dale, UT). The Spartans go into the contest with a 15-2 record. In their last contest, Emery nipped Richfield (Richfield, UT), 35-25, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Falcons battle the Emery Spartans (Castle Dale, UT) in a contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Canyon View will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Spartans go into the contest with a 16-2 record after their 40-12 league win over Manti (Manti, UT).
