The Kenai Central Kardinals basketball team scored 44 points and limited the visiting Homer Mariners to 24 in the Kardinals non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Kardinals now possess a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to Seward for a non-league game on Friday, January 24.
With the loss, Homer falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Mariners host Cook Inlet Academy (Soldotna, AK) to play the Eagles in a non-league game on Thursday, January 23. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 0-0.
