In Tuesday's league outing, the host University Prep Panthers soccer squad scored a tight 4-0 victory over the Anderson Cubs.

The Panthers (9-4) will now prepare for their outing against Yreka (Yreka, CA). The Miners go into the Northern Athletic outing with a 3-10 record. In their last outing, Yreka by West Valley (Cottonwood, CA), 4-3, in a league outing.

Next up, the Cubs confront the Central Valley Falcons (Shasta Lake, CA) in a Northern Athletic outing, on Thursday, January 23. Anderson will attempt to improve on its 3-9 season record. The Falcons go into the outing with a 2-6 record after their 5-1 league loss to Lassen (Susanville, CA).
