In Tuesday's league outing, the host University Trojans soccer squad scored a tight 3-1 victory over the Northwood Timberwolves.

The Trojans (3-9) will now prepare for their match against Laguna Beach (Laguna Beach, CA). The Breakers come into the Pacific Coast match with a 8-4 record. In their last match, Laguna Beach nipped Woodbridge (Irvine, CA), 3-1, in a non-league match.

The Timberwolves now sport a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rosary Academy for a Pacific Coast match on Friday, January 24. Northwood will meet a Royals team coming off a 1-1 league University (Irvine, CA). The Royals record now stands at 6-4.
