The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Palisade Bulldogs (Palisade, CO) and the visiting Grand Junction Tigers (Grand Junction, CO), observed Palisade's basketball team knock off Grand Junction by a score of 50-38.
The Bulldogs (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Fruita Monument (Fruita, CO). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Fruita Monument prevailed over Grand Junction Central (Grand Junction, CO), 53-41, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Tigers encounter the Durango Demons (Durango, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 1. Grand Junction will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record.
