The Statesville Christian Lions basketball team scored 52 points and limited the visiting University Christian Barracudas to 21 in the Lions league triumph on Tuesday.

The Lions now have a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Cornerstone Christian Academy for a non-league game on Thursday, January 23. Statesville Christian will confront a Crusaders team coming off a 57-29 non-league win over Southview Christian (Statesville, NC). The Crusaders record now stands at 2-7.

With the loss, University Christian falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Barracudas host Statesville Christian (Statesville, NC) to confront the Lions in a game on Friday, February 7. The Lions go into the game with a record of 4-6.
