Iowa High School Basketball - WACO tops New London

WACO Warriors (Wayland, IA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting New London Tigers (New London, IA), 67-48 in a league bout.
With the victory, WACO upgrades its record to 12-3 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Danville (Danville, IA) to play the Bears in a SEI - South bout on Tuesday, February 1. The Bears come into the bout with a record of 12-1.
Next up, the Tigers play the West Burlington Falcons (West Burlington, IA) in a SEI - South bout, on Tuesday, January 25. New London will attempt to upgrade on its 8-1 season record.
