Glenbrook North Spartans (Northbrook, IL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Lincoln Park Lions (Chicago, IL), 70-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Glenbrook North upgrades its record to 13-6 on the season. The Spartans travel to Maine West (Des Plaines, IL) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Monday, January 24. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 6-7.

Next up, the Lions play the DePaul College Prep Rams (Chicago, IL) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 26. Lincoln Park will attempt to upgrade on its 12-10 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 12-7 record after their 39-30 non-league win over Niles West (Skokie, IL).
