The Nutley Maroon Raiders (Nutley, NJ) basketball nipped the visiting Lyndhurst Golden Bears (Lyndhurst, NJ), 47-43 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Maroon Raiders (6-4) will now prepare for their test against Columbia (Maplewood, NJ). The Cougars go into the non-league test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, Columbia got by Delaware Valley (Frenchtown, NJ), 45-33, in a non-league test.
The Golden Bears now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Ridgefield Memorial for a North Jersey - Liberty test on Thursday, January 27.
