In Monday's league outing, the Hills-Beaver Creek Patriots (Hills, MN) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Adrian/Ellsworth Dragons (Adrian, MN), by a margin of 84-61.

The Patriots (8-4) will now prepare for their outing against Red Rock Central (Lamberton, MN). The Falcons go into the A Section 3 outing with a 9-8 record. In their last outing, Red Rock Central was trounced by Murray County Central (Slayton, MN), 60-51, in a league outing.

The Dragons now own a 2-10 record. They play next when they host Russell-Tyler-Ruthton for a A Section 3 outing on Thursday, January 25. Adrian/Ellsworth will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 74-73 league win over MACCRAY (Clara City, MN). The Knights record now stands at 10-6.
