The Archbishop Spalding Cavaliers (Severn, MD) basketball crushed the visiting Gilman Greyhounds (Baltimore, MD), 88-56 in Monday's league test.
The Cavaliers (11-6) will now prepare for their test against Pallotti (Laurel, MD). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 6-13 record. In their last test, Pallotti was trounced by McDonogh (Owings Mills, MD), 60-55, in a league test.
The Greyhounds now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they host John Carroll for a MIAA A - Black test on Wednesday, January 24. Gilman will encounter a Patriots squad coming off a 41-40 non-league loss to McDonogh (Owings Mills, MD). The Patriots record now stands at 9-7.
