Spectators at Monday's league test between the Atholton Raiders (Columbia, MD) and the visiting Centennial Eagles (Ellicott City, MD), witnessed Atholton's basketball squad nip Centennial by a margin of 54-48.

The Raiders (9-5) will now prepare for their test against Reservoir (Fulton, MD). The 'Gators go into the Howard County test with a 1-10 record. In their last test, Reservoir was tipped by Wilde Lake (Columbia, MD), 69-47, in a league test.

The Eagles now own a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Mt. Hebron for a Howard County test on Wednesday, January 24. Centennial will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 71-47 league loss to Atholton (Columbia, MD). The Vikings record now stands at 7-5.
