The Southern Lehigh Spartans (Center Valley, PA) basketball felled the host Catasauqua Rough Riders (Catasauqua, PA), 52-41 in Monday's league test.
The Spartans (4-7) will now prepare for their test against Freedom (Bethlehem, PA). The Patriots go into the non-league test with a 3-13 record.
The Rough Riders now own a 4-9 record. They play next when they travel to Salisbury Township for a Colonial - West test on Thursday, January 25. Catasauqua will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 66-46 league win over Northern Lehigh (Slatington, PA). The Falcons record now stands at 7-6.
