In Monday's league outing, the Clio Mustangs (Clio, MI) basketball squad felled the visiting Corunna Cavaliers (Corunna, MI), by a margin of 66-54.

The Mustangs (5-8) will now prepare for their outing against Goodrich (Goodrich, MI). The Martians go into the Flint Metro outing with a 8-4 record. In their last outing, Goodrich thwarted Hamady (Flint, MI), 60-37, in a non-league outing.

The Cavaliers now own a 5-7 record. They play next when they host Owosso for a Flint Metro outing on Friday, January 26.
