Maryland High School Basketball - Friends topped by Concordia Prep

The Concordia Prep Saints basketball team scored 45 points and restricted the visiting Friends Quakers to 30 in the Saints league victory on Monday.

The Saints now sport a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Archbishop Curley for a MIAA B - Black contest on Wednesday, January 24.

The Quakers (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Severn School (Severna Park, MD). The Admirals come into the MIAA B - Black contest with a 12-4 record. In their last contest, Severn School prevailed over St. John's Catholic Prep (Buckeystown, MD), 72-51, in a league contest.
