HALO Wolfpack (Bishop, GA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Covington Academy Bulldogs (Covington, GA), 85-82 in a non-league bout.

With the win, HALO upgrades its record to 7-14 on the season. The Wolfpack travel to Academe of the Oaks (Decatur, GA) to play the Firebirds in a GAPPS - I-A Region 2A bout on Thursday, January 25. The Firebirds go into the bout with a record of 1-7. Academe of the Oaks won 50-37 in their recent non-league bout against Providence Classical Christian (Oxford, GA)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the The Grace Christian Academy Eagles (Powder Springs, GA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Covington Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 9-6 record after their 91-12 non-league win over Grace Christian (Columbus, GA).
