The Middlesex Bluejays tipped the host Kennedy Memorial Mustangs basketball team by a final score of 69-64 in Monday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Bluejays face the Carteret Ramblers (Carteret, NJ) in a Greater Middlesex - Blue battle, on Wednesday, January 24. Middlesex will attempt to better on its 9-7 season record. The Ramblers come into the battle with a 8-8 record after their 76-39 league win over Wardlaw Hartridge (Edison, NJ).

The Mustangs (1-13) will now prepare for their battle against South Amboy (South Amboy, NJ). The Governors come into the non-league battle with a 10-6 record. In their last battle, South Amboy was nudged by Dunellen (Dunellen, NJ), 63-51, in a league battle.
