The Sussex County Tech basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the visiting Kittatinny Regional Cougars to 42 in the league victory on Monday.

The now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hopatcong for a Northwest Jersey - Colonial contest on Wednesday, January 24. Sussex County Tech will battle a Chiefs team coming off a 56-48 league loss to Morris County Tech (Denville, NJ). The Chiefs record now stands at 2-10.

The Cougars (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against North Warren Regional (Blairstown, NJ). The Patriots come into the Northwest Jersey - Colonial contest with a 10-5 record. In their last contest, North Warren Regional dropped by High Point (Sussex, NJ), 46-41, in a non-league contest.
