California High School Basketball - St. Francis tipped by Marina

January 22, 2024: Watsonville, CA 95076

The Marina Mariners basketball team scored 69 points and held the host St. Francis Sharks to 65 in the Mariners league triumph on Monday.

The Mariners now sport a 13-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Monterey County for a PCAL - Mission contest on Wednesday, January 24. Marina will meet a Condors team coming off a 69-47 league win over Seaside (Seaside, CA). The Condors record now stands at 4-11.

The Sharks (2-15) will now prepare for their contest against Watsonville (Watsonville, CA). The Wildcatz enter the PCAL - Mission contest with a 8-9 record. In their last contest, Watsonville was nudged by Pacific Grove (Pacific Grove, CA), 52-48, in a league contest.
