Murray Mustangs (Murray, IA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Moulton-Udell Eagles (Moulton, IA), 75-21 in a league bout.

With the victory, Murray upgrades its record to 11-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Moravia (Moravia, IA) to play the Mohawks in a Bluegrass bout on Thursday, January 25. The Mohawks come into the bout with a record of 10-1. Moravia won 72-26 in their recent league bout against Melcher-Dallas (Melcher, IA)

Next up, the Eagles play the Melcher-Dallas Saints (Melcher, IA) in a Bluegrass bout, on Thursday, January 25. Moulton-Udell will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record. The Saints come into the bout with a 1-12 record after their 72-26 league loss to Moravia (Moravia, IA).
