California High School Basketball - Pacifica ripped by Oxnard

The Oxnard Yellowjackets basketball team scored 63 points and held the host Pacifica Tritons to 27 in the Yellowjackets league triumph on Monday.

The Yellowjackets now sport a 20-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Santa Barbara for a Channel contest on Wednesday, January 24. Oxnard will battle a Dons team coming off a 48-43 league win over Dos Pueblos (Goleta, CA). The Dons record now stands at 17-7.

The Tritons (7-17) will now prepare for their contest against Buena (Ventura, CA). The Bulldogs enter the Channel contest with a 10-13 record. In their last contest, Buena triumphed over Rio Mesa (Oxnard, CA), 54-51, in a league contest.
