Providence Athletic Club Panthers (Columbia, SC) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Upstate HomeSchool Bearcats (Spartanburg, SC), 79-29 in a league bout.

With the victory, Providence Athletic Club upgrades its record to 13-10 on the campaign. The Panthers host New Hope Leadership Academy (Columbia, SC) to play the Gladiators in a non-league bout on Monday, February 5. The Gladiators come into the bout with a record of 6-5.

Next up, the Bearcats play the GREEN Upstate Owls (Simpsonville, SC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 26. Upstate HomeSchool will attempt to upgrade on its 5-12 season record. The Owls come into the bout with a 3-10 record after their 48-31 non-league loss to Legacy Early College (Greenville, SC).
