The La Joya Community Fighting Lobos tipped the host Lake Havasu Knights basketball team by a final score of 39-38 in Monday's league game.
In their next game, the Fighting Lobos face the Verrado Vipers (Buckeye, AZ) in a game, on Thursday, January 25. La Joya Community will attempt to move on its 9-6 season record. The Vipers enter the game with a 8-5 record after their 63-34 league win over Westview (Avondale, AZ).
