Wilson Bulldogs (West Lawn, PA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Berks Catholic Saints (Reading, PA), 39-26 in a league bout.

With the win, Wilson upgrades its record to 12-0 on the season. The Bulldogs host Exeter Township (Reading, PA) to play the Eagles in a Berks County 1 bout on Thursday, January 25. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 5-4. Exeter Township lost 65-37 in their recent league bout against Governor Mifflin (Shillington, PA)

Next up, the Saints play the Muhlenberg Muhls (Laureldale, PA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 25. Berks Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record. The Muhls go into the bout with a 5-9 record after their 45-40 non-league win over Twin Valley (Elverson, PA).
