Cadillac Heritage Christian Patriots (Cadillac, MI) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Mason County Eastern Cardinals (Custer, MI), 43-24 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Cadillac Heritage Christian upgrades its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Patriots host Traverse City HomeSchool (Traverse City, MI) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 1-2. Traverse City HomeSchool lost 41-26 in their recent non-league bout against Grand Traverse Academy (Traverse City, MI)

Next up, the Cardinals play the Catholic Central Sabers (Manistee, MI) in a West Michigan D bout, on Wednesday, January 24. Mason County Eastern will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record. The Sabers come into the bout with a 5-6 record after their 28-18 non-league win over Grand Traverse Academy (Traverse City, MI).
