The Granada-Huntley-East Chain/Martin Luther/Truman Jaguars basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Cleveland Clippers to 29 in the Jaguars league triumph on Monday.

The Jaguars now sport a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fairmont for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 23. Granada-Huntley-East Chain/Martin Luther/Truman will meet a Cardinals team coming off a 63-41 non-league loss to St. Peter (St. Peter, MN). The Cardinals record now stands at 10-8.

The Clippers (2-14) will now prepare for their contest against Alden-Conger/Glenville-Emmons (Alden, MN). The enter the A Section 2 contest with a 5-11 record. In their last contest, Alden-Conger/Glenville-Emmons triumphed over Madelia (Madelia, MN), 63-34, in a league contest.
