In their next game, the Cardinals face the Union City Bears (Union City, PA) in a District 10 Region 2 game, on Thursday, January 25. Cochranton will attempt to move on its 8-8 season record. The Bears enter the game with a 7-9 record after their 71-14 league win over Rocky Grove (Franklin, PA).

With the defeat, Youngsville moves to 4-8 on the year. The Eagles travel to Maplewood (Guys Mills, PA) to face the Tigers in a District 10 Region 2 game on Thursday, January 25. The Tigers enter the game with a record of 13-3. Maplewood won 58-42 in their recent non-league game against Hickory (Hermitage, PA)
