The E.E. Smith Golden Bulls (Fayetteville, NC) basketball crushed the host Western Harnett Eagles (Lillington, NC), 55-12 in Monday's league test.
The Golden Bulls (11-5) will now prepare for their test against Triton (Erwin, NC). The Hawks go into the 3A/4A All-American test with a 11-6 record. In their last test, Triton walloped Western Harnett (Lillington, NC), 41-23, in a league test.
The Eagles now own a 3-11 record. They play next when they host Triton for a 3A/4A All-American test on Wednesday, January 24. Western Harnett will encounter a Hawks squad coming off a 44-29 league win over Harnett Central (Angier, NC). The Hawks record now stands at 10-6.
