Farrell Steelers (Farrell, PA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Reynolds Raiders (Greenville, PA), 70-36 in a league bout.

With the win, Farrell upgrades its record to 6-6 on the season. The Steelers travel to Lakeview (Stoneboro, PA) to play the Sailors in a District 10 Region 1 bout on Thursday, January 25. The Sailors go into the bout with a record of 6-7. Lakeview won 44-1 in their recent league bout against Commodore Perry (Hadley, PA)

Next up, the Raiders play the Kennedy Catholic (Hermitage, PA) in a District 10 Region 1 bout, on Thursday, January 25. Reynolds will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record. The go into the bout with a 10-3 record after their 52-42 non-league win over North Catholic (Cranberry Township, PA).
