Northridge Academy Pumas (Northridge, CA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Fulton Jaguars (Van Nuys, CA), 1-0 in a league bout.

With the win, Northridge Academy upgrades its record to 9-4 on the season. The Pumas host Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences (Granada Hills, CA) to clash with the Vipers in a Valley bout on Thursday, January 25. The Vipers go into the bout with a record of 8-7. Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences won 52-19 in their recent league bout against East Valley (North Hollywood, CA)

Next up, the Jaguars clash with the Vaughn White Tigers (San Fernando, CA) in a Valley bout, on Thursday, January 25. Fulton will attempt to upgrade on its 0-13 season record. The White Tigers go into the bout with a 7-14 record after their 55-43 league win over Sherman Oaks CES (Reseda, CA).
