Savannah Savages (Savannah, MO) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Gallatin Bulldogs (Gallatin, MO), 61-47 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Savannah upgrades its record to 8-9 on the campaign. The Savages travel to Lathrop (Lathrop, MO) to play the Mules in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 25. The Mules come into the bout with a record of 15-0. Lathrop won 76-26 in their recent non-league bout against Penney (Hamilton, MO)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Penney Hornets (Hamilton, MO) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 24. Gallatin will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record. The Hornets come into the bout with a 2-12 record after their 76-26 non-league loss to Lathrop (Lathrop, MO).
