Maine High School Basketball - Shead thwarts Narraguagus

The Shead Tigers (Eastport, ME) basketball knocked off the visiting Narraguagus Knights (Harrington, ME), 47-32 in Monday's non-league test.
The Tigers (3-9) will now prepare for their test against Woodland (Baileyville, ME). The Dragons go into the non-league test with a 7-6 record. In their last test, Woodland went down by Washington Academy (East Machias, ME), 68-54, in a non-league test.
The Knights now own a 5-8 record. They play next when they host George Stevens Academy for a C North test on Wednesday, January 24. Narraguagus will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 42-24 league win over Sumner (East Sullivan, ME). The Eagles record now stands at 4-9.
