Northern York Polar Bears (Dillsburg, PA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Waynesboro Indians (Waynesboro, PA), 48-39 in a league bout.

With the win, Northern York upgrades its record to 9-0 on the season. The Polar Bears travel to Shippensburg (Shippensburg, PA) to play the Greyhounds in a Mid-Penn - Colonial bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Greyhounds go into the bout with a record of 1-8.

Next up, the Indians play the James Buchanan Rockets (Mercersburg, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Colonial bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Waynesboro will attempt to upgrade on its 9-6 season record.
