Pemberton Hornets (Pemberton, NJ) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Pennsauken Indians (Pennsauken, NJ), 64-54 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Pemberton upgrades its record to 9-7 on the season. The Hornets travel to Palmyra (Palmyra, NJ) to clash with the Panthers in a Burlco - Freedom bout on Wednesday, January 24. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 11-2. Palmyra won 63-40 in their recent non-league bout against Moorestown Friends (Moorestown, NJ)

Next up, the Indians clash with the Atlantic City Vikings (Atlantic City, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 24. Pennsauken will attempt to upgrade on its 7-6 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 2-10 record after their 70-38 league loss to Wildwood Catholic (North Wildwood, NJ).
