The Providence Classical basketball team scored 27 points and restricted the visiting Fletcher Falcons to 12 in the league victory on Monday.
The now sport a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jackson Day for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 23. Providence Classical will battle a Mariners team coming off a 46-6 non-league win over Valor Preparatory Academy (Concord, NC). The Mariners record now stands at 16-5.
The Falcons (6-8) will now prepare for their contest against Lee Park Prep (Monroe, NC). The Knights come into the Metro Area contest with a 13-4 record. In their last contest, Lee Park Prep prevailed over Liberty Preparatory Christian (Mooresville, NC), 38-33, in a league contest.
