The West Cabarrus Wolverines trounced the visiting A.L. Brown Wonders basketball team by a tally of 65-25 in Monday's non-league battle.
The Wolverines now possess a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hickory Ridge for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 23. West Cabarrus will confront a Ragin' Bulls team coming off a 46-43 non-league win over Cox Mill (Concord, NC). The Ragin' Bulls record now stands at 8-1.
The Wonders (3-5) will now prepare for their battle against West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC). The Falcons come into the non-league battle with a 2-8 record. In their last battle, West Rowan trounced South Rowan (China Grove, NC), 49-37, in a non-league battle.
