Clarke County Eagles (Berryville, VA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Mountain View Generals (Quicksburg, VA), 60-23 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Clarke County upgrades its record to 6-7 on the season. The Eagles travel to Strasburg (Strasburg, VA) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 24. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 6-8. Strasburg lost 39-37 in their recent non-league bout against Central Woodstock (Woodstock, VA)

Next up, the Generals play the Page County Panthers (Shenandoah, VA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Mountain View will attempt to upgrade on its 0-14 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 2-12 record after their 46-27 non-league loss to Strasburg (Strasburg, VA).
