East Forsyth Eagles (Kernersville, NC) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting R.J. Reynolds Demons (Winston-Salem, NC), 54-46 in a non-league bout.

With the win, East Forsyth upgrades its record to 9-3 on the season. The Eagles host Davie (Mocksville, NC) to clash with the War Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 25. The War Eagles go into the bout with a record of 10-5. Davie lost 64-46 in their recent non-league bout against West Forsyth (Clemmons, NC)

Next up, the Demons clash with the Mount Tabor Spartans (Winston-Salem, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 26. R.J. Reynolds will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record.
